What is the difference between the standard and the simplified procedures?
The standard procedure тrequires five years of residence with a residence permit, and the whole process takes seven to nine years from the date of moving. If you have certain grounds, the simplified procedure allows you to reduce this time frame.
Is there a risk of rejection?
Yes, the reasons for rejection are clearly set out in the Russian law. These include having an unspent conviction, submitting false documents, or posing a threat to the security of the Russian Federation. We carry out a preliminary assessment of all risks.
