New reality: adaptation and success
The state officially recognized their status as highly qualified specialists with strong regional potential and opened the path to their next milestones: business development, Ella's entry to a Russian university, and full integration into life in Russia.
At the beginning of 2025, their journey brought them to Russia, and they chose the Nizhny Novgorod Region as their new home. They are now actively integrating into local community life.
They launched development of their project: Black to Green — an international initiative focused on biochar production, improving soil fertility, and delivering solutions for arid regions.
